Is there anything I can do to prepare for our first design meeting?
Yes! Having tackled some of the bigger questions before we meet will provide more value to our first meeting. When are you looking for the project to begin? Do we have a completion date in mind? How about your budget number?
How do you charge for your services?
This depends upon the scope of your project. We approach each project with an estimated timeframe and hourly rate and can also provide a comprehensive design fee, adjusting as needed to allow the project to shrink or expand as it evolves.
Can I work on my design projects in phases?
Yes! We can address one room at a time, design one floor at a time, or the entire home. We create a step-by-step look ahead, providing transparency to the creative process so that expectations are clear throughout the life of the project.
Will you work within my budget?
Of course! Having your budget number ready for our initial conversations is key! We know that each project is unique and having project and pocketbook aligned creates a path towards a successful design.
I’m renovating my bathroom, can you help with my design and selections?
Yes! New builds and renovations account for a very large portion of our business. We work with clients on floor plans, function, as well as fixture and finish selections from small renovations, total home renovation or ground up construction. Working with a designer from the very beginning of any renovation project is essential to avoid costly mistakes or schedule delays.
